Boogie Mites creates a range of music and movement programmes for pre-school children designed to support development in the early years. Rise PR created and implemented a social media campaign for Boogie Mites on Facebook and Twitter to increase their brand awareness amongst early year’s practitioners (nursery workers, preschool teachers and childminders).
As well as devising a campaign strategy and implementing the daily activity which comprised both organic and paid for content, Rise PR developed user personas of the target market as well as a map of key influencers.
The campaign focused on the best-selling product, Boogie Mites ‘Get Ready for School with Music’ and a competition to win this product formed the main hook of the campaign. This was combined with a programme of curated and created content which was shared throughout the campaign. This included research, statistics, quotes and articles that supported Boogie Mite's’ claims around the benefits of music to early years learning and school readiness; sharing ideas and best practices from practitioners for relevant musical activity ideas; as well as testimonials from Boogie Mites customers.
The campaign resulted in substantial increases on post reach on Facebook and Twitter impressions exceeding the KPIs set for the campaign. Facebook interactions and engagement also increased significantly - likes up by 2400%, shares by 300% and Post clicks by a huge 5,800%. On Twitter, favourites and retweets both increased by 2,100% and replies by 200%. Page likes on Facebook increased by 20% and follower numbers on Twitter by 35%.
