Thought leadership is somewhat of a holy grail for businesses – recent research showed that the c-suite believe it has a ROI of 16% or greater. we had regular calls with the Deazy CEO and captured his thoughts on issues relating directly to his business – tech talent shortages – but also broader business topics. We drafted a ‘comment library’ which served as the basis for a range of thought leadership activity, from bylined articles to newsjacking.
The Results
This approach delivered consistent thought leadership across a variety of the media most important to Deazy. This included articles on how organisations could address the tech talent crisis, but also demonstrated that broader understanding of business issues, with topics such as the impact of a change of Government on start-ups, Net Zero and the challenges of managing hybrid working.
