Full Clarity had completed a hugely significant project for ITV, one of the most ambitious the broadcaster had ever embarked on. It wanted to make the most of this prestigious customer, but a case study was not possible. We recommended an awards programme to make the industry aware of what Full Clarity can do. Following a briefing from ITV, we drafted a lengthy ‘master submission’ from which we could use and adapt for many awards, without the need for multiple approvals.
The Results
This campaign really showed the value of a customer story in PR, beyond media relations. By selecting the awards with the most reach (online and offline) we were able to effectively demonstrate Full Clarity’s work and value. We achieved great success in the award ceremonies too. Full Clarity was a finalist in many awards, with the crowning glory being a double triumph at the prestigious National Technology Awards in 2024.
