Processes are pretty boring and could be a hard sell with the media. So we created a research campaign based around the theme of SME stress and how to avoid it with smarter processes. Research can be hit and miss as a tactic, but knowing the media and what is likely to fly goes a long way. We made good use of regional data, drafted a management report and a main press release and sent a ‘stat pack’ of data to broader sections of the press.
The Results
This was a campaign that delivered wall-to-wall national coverage, including ITV, The Daily Mail, The Scotsman and many more. It also made a big impact with the SME and HR titles that were so important to Process Bliss. The ‘stat pack’ also paid dividends securing many features over the following month. Best of all, 90%+ of the coverage linked to the report, delivering 1,000+ downloads.
